Wage/Salary: Based on experience, $3200/mo. to $5200/mo. Eligible for overtime pay.
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:30pm or Tuesday – Friday 8am to 6:30pm. Flex days available.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performance of installation, maintenance and repair in the following general areas: painting, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fencing, decks, patios and other related tasks
- Maintain worksite in a clean, safe and orderly manner
- Work independently or as part of a team as scheduled by the project manager
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality, timely service
- Deliver superior customer service and represent the company in a professional manner
- Participate in required training programs and mentor junior techs
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with common measurement, power and hand tools
- Knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) as well as understanding or installation, maintenance and repair principles
- Physical abilities – lift, stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl, climb, reach, walk, stand, sit, work in hot/cold conditions, hand agility, seeing and hearing
- Must have a smartphone with active service and data plan
- Speak and understand basic English (bilingual preferred)
- Authorized to work in the US, valid driver’s license with clean record
