Job Description: Hiring immediately! Join our rapidly growing small business. As a team leader at Ervinas Facilities, you will direct and oversee a team of 5-10 Maintenance Techs performing unit turnarounds, maintenance and repairs at commercial residential properties in the Denver metro area.

Wage/Salary: Based on experience, $4500/mo. to $8700/mo. Eligible for overtime pay.

Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Some on-call and weekends as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee Maintenance Techs in performance of installation, repair and maintenance jobs involving painting, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fencing, decks, patios and other related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance and repair activities including work orders, change orders, inspections and inventory.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ensure work sites are maintained and turned over in a safe, clean and orderly manner.
  • Deliver superior customer service and represent the company in a professional manner, responding promptly and respectfully to client questions and concerns and taking action as needed to improve their experience.
  • Train, qualify and mentor junior personnel and provide feedback to the general manager for employee corrective action and performance reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in installation, maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical and structural building systems and equipment
  • Minimum 1-year experience supervising at least 2 individuals in the performance of building and equipment maintenance activities
  • Demonstrable knowledge in the operational theory, maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency with measurement, power and hand tools
  • Physical abilities – lift, crawl, climb, reach, walk, stand, work in hot/cold conditions, hand agility, seeing and hearing
  • Must have smartphone with active service and data plan
  • Speak and understand basic English (bilingual preferred)
  • Authorized to work in the US, valid driver’s license with clean record
