Job Description: Hiring immediately! Join our rapidly growing small business. As a team member at Ervinas Facilities, you will work remotely and at the office in the Denver metro area performing clerical functions, invoicing and payments, client and vendor communication, employee coordination as well as assisting with new team member onboarding.

Wage/Salary: Based on experience, $3200/mo. to $4500/mo. Eligible for overtime.

Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing clerical support to administration, accounting/finance, human resources and executive leadership
  • Scheduling and coordination of field personnel to ensure timely completion of work requests
  • Interact with clients and vendors, providing superior customer service and represent the company in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Assist in the completion of employment packages and onboarding
  • General office duties: purchasing and maintenance coordination of office supplies, equipment and furniture, etc.
  • Running errands as needed to complete job duties and other related tasks

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of office management experience
  • Associate degree OR equivalent demonstrable work experience in administration, bookkeeping and scheduling coordination.
  • Proficiency with laptops, smartphones, standard office equipment, Microsoft 365, and QuickBooks online
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Physical abilities – lift at least 20lbs, climb, reach, walk, stand, hand agility, seeing and hearing
  • Must have reliable personal transportation and smartphone with active service/data plan
  • Speak and understand basic English (bilingual preferred)
  • Authorized to work in the US, valid driver’s license
