Nelson Ramirez

Nelson has 9 years of experience in the construction industry and has been a part of some very dynamic projects. He has successfully estimated, negotiated, secured, and completed multiple residential and commercial contracts ranging from $10,000 to over $1,000,000.

Nelson earned his Associate of Science in Architectural Design in 2005 from Westwood College and continued his education, earning his Bachelor of Science in Interior Design in 2006. At this time, he was an estimator for masonry, paint, drywall, and stucco projects and would contact general contractors, sub-contractors, and home-builders to establish a working relationship. He acquired project information including plans and engineering to create competitive bids, prepare cost estimates, analyze proposal requests, building plans, project specifications, and requirements; becoming Chief Estimator in 2010.

His most notable projects include the City of North Las Vegas City Hall, Desert Parkway Behavioral Health Hospital, and Northwest Las Vegas VA Clinic.

In 2015, he began his own media company called Morning Coffee Productions, LLC; becoming Ervinas Media when acquired in 2019 by Ervinas.
